What I understand is the savvy and educated Gen Z all have side incomes at least like 3K to 4K and freedom of time. So I am not sure how attractive can this $4.3K can attract. Maybe attach graduates from Malaysia KL ? |

Today, my partner asked me: "Seriously, how much do we need to pay local university graduates to get them to join us? Do we really need to offer $7,000, or do we have to beg them to join us? If not, should we consider asking ACCA members to join us? Then I said, "You should tell ISCA to sign an RMA with ACCA. Otherwise, why would ACCA members want to join the audit field?" |
