EY’s resources = 80% GDS, 20% on shore auditors HAHAHA. Tell the managers and partners to assign RPs to them before deciding to use so much of them.

The number of resources is the same pre-covid. Just that the quality and efficiency of the resources have dropped in spite of the pay increase. The number of audit jobs hasnt changed for donkey years, it just changes hands among the big4. So all things being equal, headcount shouldnt be increasing

You think too highly of local universities. The partners can hire firm private uni, foreign unis. We are not differentiated by schools.
If you are capable, just join a commercial company as a manager. Some can do it, but only if you are an FCH graduate and have good interpersonal skills. Why keep
Harping on audit manager role lol. It’s not easy to attain also. Like probably less than 10 out of dk how many for one sector

15% for my batch. It is historically lower, but the attrition rate is crazy. There are no more homegrown M2s or M3s in my dept.
