CM POD this td winner siol all that are due hitting 2 years or more than 1 year 8-10 months all got promoted. Think this time round got more promotees from CM POD than the other pods. All along CM POD lowest promoters so pity those people but surprising this time round so different

Do more and do well is good, but not do less and not well or do more but also not well. Actually CL9 they never promise by when can promote it’s typically 3-4.5 years and depend if there’s spaces above you for you to move up to

You can be in accenture for years and yet it is harder to promote internally. With this hiring practice, the slots for your promotion is taken up by external hires.
