Lol read the first few replies, just ask for pay only..totally useless busybodies.
Alibaba role is better and more versatile tho if you have interest in SRE then Tencent.

I myself also changed role once. Am in a Chinese tech company. But if you change role you need to keep quiet about it. There was an ex-colleague who told people and hence was rejected from switching roles. I stayed in the company long enough so I knew all my ex-colleagues who had changed roles.
