net worth is not just assets... many bought their million dollars property on a mortgage. if you have not paid off that mortgage...your asset of 1.3mil condo is gonna offset by your 1mil mortgage... |

It's easy to be a millionaire if you include cpf and property. Which would make up close to 50% or more of your networth. Liquid assets 1mio is harder and less prevalent. |
