Agreed. Lots of SG tech people like to act high and mighty and fear monger lol reality is that anyone can code.
The difference is whether you'll go to the US and make a million in 3 years or stay in SG and earn way above average. Nothing wrong with the latter, especially with good WLB and WFH.
