For instance, I know someone who only has an ACCA qualification. He types quickly, good in Excel spreadsheet, vouching to invoices efficiently, and he can copy and paste at an impressive speed.

Despite his practical skills and fast speed, he doesn't hold an ISCA CA designation. This example highlights the disconnect between practical abilities and formal qualifications.

So to summarize?

A1 - 4.1 (EY, PWC, DTT) / 4.3 (KPMG), +200 depending on grades?
A2 - 4.3 (EY, DTT) / 4.4 (PWC) / 4.5 (KPMG) ?
S1 - Jul 2024 to find out new pay revision? Pray they don't gut the bonuses to increase the basic? Currently is 4.8k?
