Salary at people’s association

Hi, can anyone share the salary (both base and with field allowance) for people’s association? Hows the career progression like as well and the respective salary increments? Are people on the PA scholarship promoted faster/ have higher salary? Thank you and would really appreciate any help!

Anyone can help shed some light on how I should go about this? Possible to switch schemes before emplacement or need to quit and apply again(?) thanks in advance!
