Follow the civil service pay thread. The renumeration standards probably the similar to that. Culture should be typically civil service. |

PMO is similar to other ministries in term of progression, increment, bonus. Main difference is a lot of the work involves coordination or a policy work that's more whole-of-government in nature. PMO is probably the smallest ministry around, so higher chance of interacting with senior management. |

How about a career at PMO? I have seen numerous discussion on stats board, but rarely on the Prime Minister’s Office. How is life working there? In terms of progression, increment, bonus, and life style. I saw a job requirement for senior manager at PMO. Is this considered as junior or mid career? I’m a AVP-level banker with an annual pay around 150k. Possible to be matched there as a SM? Thanks. |
