Unregistered Do all ministry MX scheme jobs pay the same?

Currently in an international relations role and working hours are very long (>12 hours on many days) and job is quite stressful. Thinking of retreating to somewhere chill like MSF and rot in there for the rest of my life while collecting decent salary.

Since a new job would also be under the MX scheme, pay should be same right?

I see, thanks. I currently have another offer in the private sector where the starting pay is much lower, but the potential for growth is higher. Quite scared of the fact that I will likely go become farmer in CS, everyday turn off brain go work only.
