Or it could increase the demand for doctors including the loco ones.

Why?

The scam clinics cannot issue mc w/o doctor's MCR.

Mc will likely be reduced to 1-2 days.

Then, patients will need to come back for more.

What do people think about the moh statement about new MC policy - article in straits times today.

Personally I feel that locum market will be shrinked significantly if MCR number required on MCs.. just wondering what will be the 2nd and 3rd order effect?
- more job opportunities for legal locums (i.e not nsf)?
- busier polyclinic and ed?

1 year may be insufficient to conclude anything worth publishing.

Now mo 6.0+ 0.5 clinical allowance + 1.2 calls = 7.7

Then also mid year 0.5 year end bonus 1.0, 13th mth 1.0, cvb 2.5
Total is 5mth

7.7*12 + 6*5 = 122.4k pa
Hence pm is 10k

Where got 5 months bonus one

Do u intend to leave for pte within 5 years?

If yes , dont go coz u need about 800k capital to start ur pte practice
