In terms of stringency and value, I would rank this program much lower than even unstructured fresh grad hires from bigger local companies. At least the pay & benefits are better and there is no penalty for quitting. If this sort of garbage can be backup option, chances are you don't have much choice in the job market in the first place. |

Modern day slavery. You need to pay $7,500 if you resign within 2 years These are the benefits offered by the company: 1) If you resign within 2 years, you need to pay back $7,500. This is akin to modern day slavery. They claim that this is the course fee incurred to send you for 'insurance training.' 2) Salary only $3k/month 3) 18 days of annual leave. Can only carry forward 6 days to the following calendar year |

Wow suddenly tons of 'people' from the Aviva iMAP program boasting and claiming it is the best program to take up. Wow. Dropping my front office banking job to join Aviva right now! |

Guest1 | I interned at Aviva and got in touch with some iMAP graduates while being there. Got really impressed by the structure of the programme and specially the rotations. I felt Insurance industry is a very safe industry to start your career in given the stability it offers and the multiple career choices. I have already applied this year.

I read online on the website. What differentiates this program from the rest is actually the functional rotation. You get to gain in depth expertise in a function of your choice and not cross functions rotations that is what’s advertised by other companies. I also have a Friend who works there and was told that benefits are decent. There’s work life balance and many engagement activities with fitness, baking classes to many other fun activities. |

Unregistered | iMAP is not a real management program, just a re-branded and bonded contract hire entry exec. If you can get even a normal exec/associate offer from other companies I would advise you give this a pass.
