Hiii. I’m a accounting freshie with not really good grades so I got ignored by big 4 and mid size so I tried applying for jobs in small audit firms which I don’t mind.
Anyway, is it Normal for small company to conduct job interviews using WhatsApp video call? As I’m currently studying in indonesia. I’m Singaporean but studying in indo cause my family poor

You sound like someone that exited big 4 too early and now all your peers who stayed in big 4 are earning 5 digits easily and you trying your hardest to justify why staying in big 4 is a bad option.

Sounds good, but you have to sacrifice so much of your time (7 days a week). What else can you learn after Senior 1? It seems like it’s the same portfolio. Won’t your exit get tougher if you over stayed your time? Not a lot of skills are transferable for commercial position
