Since 3 May is a Sunday, brought forward to 30 April (1 May is PH). Though in this case I would tender a few days later to get the free PH. | |

can, but it will auto b moved forward to friday. that's the last working day. if you start from 5th, make sure the total days in the period tally with the agreement signed - that you need to notify at least 30 days in advance. |

Can I serve my notice and put my last day of service on a non-working(Sunday) day? Hi all, My employer calculates salary based on calendar days. We have a 5-day work week. If i am going to tender my resignation, can I put my last day on a Sunday? One more question is whether I can tender my resignation on 4th Apr and put the "with effect from 5th Apr...." Thanks in advance. |
