You can't say NCS is worse because I've recently worked on a project with Accenture, and the engineers there were also not up to par. I expected Accenture to be top-notch, but there was no difference. They take high pay but still aren't what I expected because I always thought Accenture was the best in SI. At least when I work with NCS, they can handle every JIALAT project, but with Accenture, when it comes to JIALAT projects, they're not as good as NCS.

Onboarding for fresh hires in July

Going a bit off thread here, but any new joiners coming in July? Have you all gotten any responses after the background check? (eg. offer letters, onboarding tasks....) So far i got no further actions to complete

Also wonder how true this survey data is every year Accenture rated above 80%+, sure bo never see so many people jumping ship, overworked, not properly compensated, wbs anyhow get cut, still can be above 80% and top in great place to work?

We all know how after a few weeks of launch, senior leaders start spamming emails asking and reminding employees to complete, some even ask project to ask their project people to complete. Not a choice but as though all the project members are forced to do it wtf
