Unregistered | Working in LTA is tougher comparing the other one even though both are public service. Having say this, there are contractors around who will do the hard work thus engineer job tends to be more relax. |

Precisely. What's the point of having money when u have to spend it at the doctors to maintain your health. Stress until got depression, anxiety, insomnia and chest pains. Bad temper and short fuse, flaring up at wife and kids for no reason, causing family to crumble. The only people enjoying worklife balance in LTA are at least holding a DD role. Luckily I only spent 3 years there. Don't waste your life there. It's not worth it. |
