Everyone wants equal pay, or rather, wants the pay of the highest person at the same level. But fact is, not everyone in the same role gives the same value to the company.

Don't be too sad, I've total 9 YOE, 4 yrs this year in HTX, still XT6, 37 this year pay at 6300. Not very good or very bad performer, my peers are XT7 or getting XT7ish pay of 7-10k in other companies. Am i sad, yes, can i do something about it "leave" yes, do i want to do and go thru the hassle "no" will i change my mind "possibly". I just accept that life is not fair and once ready find for new opportunity elsewhere, no one really cares about you, most are looking for someone who is beneficial to their own progress in life/career, if you are not that person for others [your bosses] to shine you wouldn't be in their main interest to keep you or promote.

My monthly is only 6200. It's the bonuses that adds it up.
