Not discrediting the HR, but that increment is 'up to xxx range'. If the increment and promotion was that fantastic, they might as well rebrand themselves into a tech company instead

Yes the HR did brief about the 13th month bonus, performance bonus, and almost 30 days of annual leave, but progression and salary increment is abysmal when speaking to current and ex employees.

Just received offer later and the pay is fixed regardless of local/private, degree class, or major. It's not as competitive as said by the current SGPs, hard pass for me
