so what if they're screening the sites? It is the reality in today's world to be continually gravitating towards doing meaningful jobs that contribute to a meaningful career. Whether they want to admit it or not, I bet even CEOs and top level directors have that aim. I put everything I can in my profile, because recruiters tend to search for keywords. Anyway my organization's biggest bosses have profiles on linked in themselves. |

Linkedin = mailing list Spammers harvest CVs from linkedin and sell the list to recruit agencies. I get a few junk mails everyday requesting for CV |

Anyone got jobs from linked in before? Has anyone had any success? I had some messages and calls out of the blue but they never progressed beyond the asking for your real cv stage. |
