Unregistered What are the criteria for progressing from a pharmacist to a senior pharmacist (from level two to level three)? Also, why some hospitals offer a direct promotion to senior pharmacist on the first advancement, whereas others need two promotions to achieve that rank?

How much is your pay range now? If no progress in ur current role/department , then better jump.
