Unregistered Think promotion now onward will be harder, even if you promote this June will take forever more than 2 years from sa to c. The recent change in workday feedback they tie reviewer to the priorities and they have to give you scoring base on the sliding parameter. So if they slide low for you aka score you low gg your score will be low then that will be shown in td. Just had pod connect and he share one. Really company investing in wrong area???

Hear say she got close relationship with the people there lor. thats why fight for her so much for her to get the promotion slot then she shortly left. Haiz, wasted 1 slot for nothing

not sure about her work quality tho

Unregistered Is accenture a good place to retire if I choose to?

Let say I just lay my head low and do minimum until age 55 is it possible?

I see very little people in their 50s in my project

all 50s+ is all MD level...

is there L8 or L7 in their 50s? work until retire?

Level 11 for 2 years?! wtf? This is pre TAP times already, where people take 5-6 years just to hit level 9
