Royal Green Condominium at Bukit Timah This Royal Green condo is targeted to launch for preview on Saturday 5th October, with the balloting / booking day likely to be one week later, on 12th October. It doesn't have any one bedders, the smallest units start from 2 bedders. Pricing is from $1.7xM up for the smallest 2 bedroom units, with the 3 bedroom units here at Royal Green starting at around $2.5xM up. With only 285 units, the maintenance fee is not too bad, around $420 per month for the 2 and 3 bedders. Certainly less onerous than for Pullman Residences, the other freehold launch nearby in October. |
