rabbit10 I do not have any luck with private companies as I worked with different agencies (all govt) in my working life.
My recent portfolio is with a VWO (of course meagre pay) and thus even moving in to be MSO is definitely much higher pay for me.

k3vin Thing is for part time/DL degrees, you would have a slight disadvantage vs the local/overseas degree holders in terms of getting through the interviews. ie: you gotta be more impressive.

MSO positions usually for poly dip holders..

How about private companies?

Should I go for MSO interview?

I attained a part-time degree in 2009 and since then, I applied for MX positions. I was called up for interviews but can't really go through the interviews successfully.
Recently I got a interview for MSO position from a ministry.
In fact, I was pondering whether I should go for the interview as I am clearly
overqualified for this position.
Anyone know about the MSO grades within the public service?
I know that there are 6 grades.. 6 being the lowest and 1 the highest.
Would a degree holder be eligible for faster promotion within the MSO ranks?
Please advise me accordingly.
Thanks.
