My advice is for you to study English. But on a more serious note, I would suggest consulting the HR department, otherwise there's always the MOM. |

Quitting a new job that buying me out Dear all, I am struggling at my new job that I joined for around 1 month, doesn't the culture, the working style, or the job scope. I just feel it doesn't suit me, and I was planning to leave. But here the thing, they actually buy me out from my previous company. In my contract, it stated if I leave the company in the first 3 months of the probation period, I will be required to reimburse the company for all the leave/benefit utilized. I try to search online, but couldn't find that is buy out me from servicing my previous company considers a benefit? My concern is that will I need to pay them back the amount of money they buy me out? If that's considered a benefit, but what did I benefit? I need you all advice, and your advice is very much appreciated. |
