I try to search online, but couldn't find that is buy out me from servicing my previous company considers a benefit? My concern is that will I need to pay them back the amount of money they buy me out? If that's considered a benefit, but what did I benefit?

I need you all advice, and your advice is very much appreciated.
Unless your are at the senior executive level, almost all buyouts will need to be repaid back if you leave the company in less than a year.

Pk.Punk My advice is for you to study English.

But on a more serious note, I would suggest consulting the HR department, otherwise there's always the MOM.
