Could you share how much is your allowance? 5.2 is actually not bad. If it's 400+ allowance that's already 5.6!

Htx associate here. Joined in end 2021, getting 7300ish
Guaranteed promotion next year! Not sure whether to leave... Here like quite shiok. I don't have to do much and can get promoted. But I feel I could probably get 8.5k elsewhere

starting same. but maybe scholar you will get better performance grade, then your increment will increase. so long term wise, you will promote slightly faster if you can perform.
