Unregistered | I have tried to look at Glassdoor but there is only one review about their IT dept, and the review was saying some pretty positive about them. Any insights into their IT dept? They have an opening as an executive with their IT dept, and I would like to know more about the company and the department. | |

Unregistered | They treat their bankers very well tho! They always send us new year hampers, christmas hampers and also free F1 tickets lol. They also organize classy dinners with wine pairings etc. Certainty no expenses saved when negotiating with their banks! | |

Typical local style of running things. Recently the younger towkays start throwing money to hire big name MNC managers/directors. They come in make big changes cause havoc & high turnover and then get bored because FEO is still very much run like small family biz and move on. If you are going in as a small fry, better avoid. I had 3 bosses in 11 mths there and things keep changing as the MNC managers dun stay long. Every new manager come in talk big and then go off after a while. Old birds also try to play politics because they dun want to change and just dump all the new work to newbies. |
