Some project hiring Intern to do mass testing is it even useful for the intern? They sit and test and test, end up what they learn... |

Unregistered | Not all BAs? I am a BA myself and I worked long hours too. I don't see a need to do CCAs as long as I deliver on the project and clients are happy. Is everyone doing CCAs? Last I checked most of my peers who got promoted did one or two with project MDs. Maybe thats also why I got passed up on promo since Dec last year

My PL told me its not only just project backing. You need chargeability, backing from past projects, support and $$ from current projects, CCAs which are high visibility ones and your Pod lead support. But ultimately it all boils down to $$$. No one is going to farm your promo for free. The high visibility CCAs 'they say' are SEA events, townhalls, pressos with client leadership. I did interest group but where else are we going to squeeze time when project work ends on average 9pm+ each day. |

Unregistered | Yeah you need project support. But even with that, it is not guaranteed.
