They are the support pillars of our audit sector. Without them, our audit sector would collapse. Currently, locals are the minority, less than half of the seniors and managers are locals.

That's cos they are in the US. They have tons of great non-bank local companies to exit to, heck I'd say the benefits and welfare are even better than their banks.
Here in SG banks are the best employers to exit to. FS is the best. Easy to find jobs too next time.
