Ya, just gotta do it otherwise you will get bad appraisal.
I had a peer that was high performer in A1 so she was given 3 engagements at once when she became A2. Unfortunately, she failed to managed her time well & she was given bad appraisal and was no promoted to Senior. Meanwhile, another peer who was an average performer in A1 & was only given 1 engagement each time was promoted to Senior with average performance.
Moral of the story? The harder you work, the more work you get. No one will sympathize with what you are going through & just expect you to meet the deadlines

Which sector are you from? I think yellow GA is $4.8k for S1 and $5.5k for S2
The difference between high performer and avg performer is $50/mth. Lol
Bonus is also ranging 1.6-1.8 mth for GA avg
