what would your advice be? If you are already rewarded with more work, would you say no to your managers? If you don’t do it, you risk getting a bad appraisal from your managers as well. So you might as well use it as a learning opportunity.

Which sector are you from? I think yellow GA is $4.8k for S1 and $5.5k for S2

The difference between high performer and avg performer is $50/mth. Lol
Bonus is also ranging 1.6-1.8 mth for GA avg

which audit group are u in? tbh if u want higher pay go look for those related to financial services/tech/RE. FMCG, F&B cant afford to give high pay as their finance departments have many ppl and are purely cost centres.
