Unregistered Promotion is all about readiness. You should reflect over the core values and do a reality check.

How do you know they have zero CCAs? Do you know them on a personal basis?

Unregistered Accenture is failing clearly one big example is the TAP. And ridiculously enough Mark Tham got promoted in a year that’s bad, when others didn’t get promoted, same for Deepak last year, and now this round Claren. All only care about their own career and promotion and using the ants in TAP to drive it for them to get their promotions lmao. Everyone open eyes big big and see, time to jump elsewhere already on a sinking ship

No one is going to farm your promo for free. The high visibility CCAs 'they say' are SEA events, townhalls, pressos with client leadership. I did interest group but where else are we going to squeeze time when project work ends on average 9pm+ each day.

Testing is part of a B.A work. So mass hire interns to experience part of the SDLC phase, nothing wrong with that

Unregistered Anyone recall how many millions the agency fine accenture for late delivery? Definitely do not want that to happen.

Unregistered I feel ACN is very money driven nowaday in Singapore. Don't get me wrong, I understand profit is important, and ACN is not a charity organisation, but now most of the ACN project is trying their best to treat each resources as cash cow, trying to save as much money as possible. Any viable solution will be shoot down as long as it cost $$$

Whatever initiative they have is with the hidden agenda to "save cost", instead of telling the actual intent, they tend to cover it with some beautiful lies.

For e.g. "Hi John, I need you take up XX and YY, so it will be useful for your career in long run...I also need to own every other flow in this project"

Actual reason is they just want to save cost, and other people who doing are being rolled off, and give reason like "no need you already", "optimizing cost", "your job is done"

The actual fact is, we still need those people, but for the sake of cost, the management just want to push the team more
