After last round, a lot of local seniors left. They directly hire mostly from EY Malaysia (KL, JB , Melaka). save training costs since it's the same company and should be familiar with the system.

Unregistered What are the single, unmarried senior managers in their 40s and 50s still doing in the audit industry? Are they primarily involved in vouching or mentoring?

I think there is some truth to the post above. You can observe the people in your company or the changes in yourself. My senior looks older than the client FC in her 50s.

Or maybe the FC looks younger than her age lol

Doing regional FM now.

It will depend on your luck/ opportunity to hop out from the industry.

M3/SM yr1 average 8.7-9k +_.

How many job out there in commercial can offer such salary?

A lot are hesitate to make the change as one might have high commitment ( car condo, family etc)

Myself just have hdb and not driving, dont mind to take pay cut to have better wlb
