u guys realize your uni cert does nothing after u gained working experience right
even the HR from dont know which kumpong uni bro

of course big corporate names will have demand so they get to choose
but for the rest,
no one wants to even join them lol
commercial have harder time finding replacement than big 4

and what commercial is good? please dont put those big tech names, all we see is them firing people past years LOL. makes me sleepy

wake up your idea, this industry is doomed since foreigners from malaysia flooded it and low ball.

yea lets remove bonus and raise salary. this is what our partners can think of. LOL LOL LOL. and u find these same people for consultancy services? LOL LOL LOL. no wonder they are 3rd grade compared to MBB
Got to agree your point that SMEs don’t give a S**t abt your uni name since nobody wants to join them. Worked with a local start up and my incapable, micromanaging and insecure boss is from a private uni who always say it means nth to be from good uni. lol ya if u exit big 4 and could not get a good enough company. This is what u get as colleague/boss

Unregistered Leaving big 4 early is the best decision I have ever made

The worst decision is drinking the “ good experience and great exit after making mgr” cool aid while accepting the return offer

If u can start straight from a good commercial management associate program pls so. There’s no point slaving 5 years away to end up in the same position as your batch mate who promoted internally

one should always look at the complete pay package (salary, bonus, allowance)
but if they can't see it, they deserve to be in audit LOL! LOL ! LOL!

Truly commendable. These bunch of clowns getting happy over a 500 buck adjust at monthly pay yet jave not seen the total package, including the value add to their experience are the reason why they are there.

No one in the right mind will want to get their head in a sector where no locals wanna be. This is just self pawn. U wont see it in 1 or 2 years. When you wanna leave then they will noticed they are wasting ther time for the past few years. The skills learned is not even unique or value add to real business. With just reporting skills, the clowns sure gg.

Firms themselves I'm willing to bet there are no differentiator in terms of official policy or process..

But I can't help but wonder if individual interviewer may have preferences or human bias still?
