The cm pod this time round only one from BT rest not even from govt project. MT also manages IRAS and other project but come on wts also so few promotees???

when talk abt promotion, u also wanna see if it mostly L11, more budget for L11 to be promoted

and yes, do more they dun really recognised

Do more and do well is good, but not do less and not well or do more but also not well. Actually CL9 they never promise by when can promote it’s typically 3-4.5 years and depend if there’s spaces above you for you to move up to
