Promotion based entirely on merit is straight up ********. Definitely there are those deserving of promotion good for them, but we all can see and as we have all seen the past few years to today, there have been people who got fast track promotion even not because they excel and project will die without them, but they can bootlick damn fking well or have people lead who are damn influential like I’ve seen A , SA and C have MDs as their PL, all of the counselees promoted either on time or fast track wtf??
