Many people here earn more than $100K per annum in their early 30s.

No wonder the price of property will continue to go up.

Many of these people will be able to sell their HDB flat and upgrade to condo.

80% live in HDB flats. Those who are successful move on to buy condo.

The most successful ones live in landed properties.

45, $120K a year, not making much progress in career

Live in a big terrace house and owns two investment properties

Thinking of resigning and doing full time trading

Worth it?

does full time trading work? i heard it's about the same as playing pro poker. sometimes you win sometimes you lose, overall you may win a bit, but occasionally you will go bust. :)
