obviously will depend on specialty right?
surgical will make more than medical
procedural will make more than non procedural
all i can say is junior cons salary will hover around the 20-25k range
senior cons will hit 30k and above

Is it still possible for this generation of physicians to buy a home like this? How much would this cost?

Cannot if GP.
GP at most can aspire for OCR condo. RCR condo if dual income.
Landed for lawyers/bankers/money launderers.

Only Poor Service - a running joke as traditionally General Practioner jobs in Singapore are considered a “job of last resort” and ae only takn up by those who are unable to specialize or do poorly in medical school. Singapore’s primary care lacks the rigor of foreign primary healthcare hence they have been called “OPS” doctors.

Hope this helps!

Yes it is possible.

Run of the mill semi-detached
D16 or maybe D15
2500 sqft only
About 4mil for land.
Another 3 mil for construction

Total 7mil . To support it you need 700k annual income

I think if husband and wife both specialists in pte practice shouldnt be a problem
