its obviously a huge jump from SR days (mine was before the recent salary increment)
in comparison to other fellow ACs in other specs i think im at the higher end
the downside is my spec has a lower ceiling and i will eventually plateau at about 400-450k as senior con (not trying to humble brag as we are all drs here but its the truth)

as for life as an AC - it is TOUGH
lots of work, responsibility and **** from higher ups

i tell myself i will only get more competent and better at what i do as time goes by and life will be easier.... and i try to console myself by telling myself im decently paid (kinda sad i know)
