Somehow himself sinkie dr but hinself only one that is not CMI but as if all other sinkie drs lousy.
This is what is wrong with the profession. Toxic.

Hope they trace this toxic 'sinkie' doc IP address to his polyclinic and take away his precious FM mmed. Polyclinic should ban docs from surfing unauthorised websites during working hours. Go devote more time with your patients la.

the reality is your salary will not be anywhere decent for non patient fronting job. with a MBBS and some hospital experience, u dun bring much to the table.

hospital job is v sian cos start early , go back face the same shittt patient say after day , weekend burnt, do calls and not getting anywhere as a non trainee mo.

you better off locum 2 to 3 days a week. chiong 800 to 1.2k a day. then take the remaining 4 days off. quote comfortable 8 to 10k per mth doing 3 days of work a week.
do for half a year , find urself a bit.
how I wish my wife is a high flyer. I quit my soul searing polyclinic job and locum like above.

Preferably you have background on cardiology, oncology, endocrinology as these areas are where the pharma companies are developing drugs.

Why settle for a mediocre wife? Divorce/annul and marry a high flyer instead.

In Singapore your total household income is 100% proportional to your life satisfaction and quality of life. Why settle for HDB when condo can provide a boost to your happiness levels?
