Was in Ministry 2014 as MX11 - Salary ~6.8k as a 30yo; now im 40yo in pte sector, salary has more than doubled - think you need to consider your career path considering you are same age as me. unless you're contented with what you are doing.

Are the MX salary ranges accurate? Any of the current MXes can share your salary range to fact-check? The info is available on your HRMS =)

MX10 here in a stat board. 15 years of experience/non scholar. Based on my scheme and what's offered. The range is 8+ to high 12

Other than no pay increment, the correct thing is to promote you, provided you have the aptitude for the next higher role and provided that role exists.
