In this era, probably Chinese-related matters. Helps if you speak and write fluent Chinese or have some related work experience in Chinese matters. I know of big firms that are trying to expand their China practice and the amount of work coming in has been increasing.

ECM is out of the list. M&A is slowing down. You should actually be doing your own research to be honest.

Disclose to be safe lor, they only bar you for gross violations like cheating or secret-society fighting/rioting type offences. Drink Driving small issue for bar admission la.

Can someone explain why REITs will have poor career progression? As with one of the earlier posters I thought there has always been a demand for lawyers in this area.
