I get the feeling that the people on this forum who have been ghosted just have a CMI CV or suck at their job and they couldn't be placed for that reason. Recruiters can't work magic.

I'm from local b4 and I can confirm many of my batchmates have indeed went onto MC/WS firms through recruiters. BUT it doesn't change the fact that there are many asshole recruiters who ghost, who anyhow send your CV around.

If there are recruiters reading this forum - we talk about you guys as well and we know who not to work with and avoid. Nothing unites a bunch of assocs more than our collective desire to desert the sinking ship known as the local big4.

Whats the point behind this. U a recruiter n therefore it is important to find a recruiter.

To each his her own. Diff ppl diff experience - so far here ppl say good, average, avoid cos bad.
