Anyone thinking of quitting their jobs in this climate? Quite stressful.

how long have you been practising and what area are you in? get an offer somewhere else first then quit is what people usually say

I’m in litigation about 3 PQE. Very busy this COVID season.

My notice period is 3 months so it’s gonna be a long wait even after I get the offer elsewhere, sigh.

hang in there! i think once you tender, there's always the chance for an abridgement of the notice period. plus, once that happens, you're in a stronger position to reject work (and they may stop putting you on new files)?
