I turned it down to remain in the B4. Am I stupid?

I think that previous post is off by a year. Either that, or the way PQE is counted differs. The standard scale for big 4 does not give $12k after 4 years, unless you are fast-tracked.

But I guess the bigger question is, what is the scale like after $12k?

I am sorry - I think I may have phased my question wrongly - what I mean is, is there any information / inside scoop on the payscale after the ~6 PQE mark / after the $12k / month band?

(on a related note, at least one of the big 4 is still lock-step and promotion to JP at 6 PQE is still automatic.. for now. I know two others have moved away from that model. I'm not sure about the last firm).
