I am not interested in the work at all, but the hours are relatively better than most other places. What should I do?

hello if your pay is good and the hours are good, then just take la.

your work and the learning curve will change once you become an assoc.

Trainees normally become legal execs pending call.

R-&* is it? They are known to hire execs instead of associates.

This. All trainees become legal execs upon finishing their TC while they are waiting to be called to the Bar.

Why ?

More profits for the partners

Legal Associate - if connections or good results
Legal Executive - if they pity you
Not retained - if they hate you/people sabotage
Legal Trainee - cheap labour

Hi all,

What do you feel like when you meet someone who is more ‘ups’ than you? Like if you’re from big 4 and you meet someone from CC. Or you’re from mid sized and meet someone from big 4.
