Quite reasonable range credit 45k base. Would say probably 45-55k base for average BB.
This is for normal corporate credit analyst.
The very astronomical pay for credit would likely involve writing the credit analysis for origination, capital markets/ipo. Which are the investment bankers in BB
How is person promoted in BB?I know that qualified actuary can promote very fast but I don't know if a person can promote to SVP or director with average performance for 10~20 years.

Possible, a lot of SVPs are quite young in their early 30s. But sometimes its about luck and who you know.
