2.5+ years actually. My supervisor & the business manager change many times, but they keep saying things will be better once you establish yourself, but the products dun have the right features to appeal to clients so the improvement is very marginal every year.

Another thing is they will keep psychoing you that they have a long term career & promotion plan out for you, but then after a while I realise they say this to every RM out there as turnover is really high, so its just another marketing slogan.

In the end I just gave up because it seems a waste of time, total pay was even lower than my previous job. Now in the manufacturing industry still doing sales, monthly lower but at least total pay is much higher because the products are better & target is realistic so can get ~1 month incentive every quarter and end of year still got another 1 mth aws.

Thank you for the input.

For me, its a pay jump, but the product issue is really an issue for me.

However, i might just say yes, and go hear things out at the interview.

What is the interview process like?

And what happens when monthly target isnt hit. do they screw you upside down.

i heard scb nowadays doing very badly with very high turnover. i am from ocbc and recently got many scb 'refugees' join us and all of them got nothing good to say abt scb.

i think the interview will end up they try to sell u the job then u need to convince them.
