People who got the invitation for the interview are probably notified that they are not supposed to tell anyone that they are progressing to the next round.

Everyone will probably receive rejected letters after they have finalized the people they are taking in.

That's usually the case.

There should be 2 different ACs this year right? So number of candidates gunning for the 1-2 roles in the team will have to x2 based on the number of people you were grouped with.

Not surprising that maybe only 1 or 2 per AC run are selected for the final interview and that you won't hear from them at all, unlike the rest of us scouring the forums.

Unregistered 20-11-2020 12:28 PM

UOB do send out notifications for both rejected/progressed.

I applied last year, didnt get through AC, got rejection email ~5 days later iirc. This year they are just slower I think!

Keep faith everyone!

Unregistered 20-11-2020 01:32 PM

The November AC results are out. Those that got shortlisted have been informed this morning

Unregistered 20-11-2020 03:24 PM

How is the final interview like?

Usually how many people get into the final round from the ACd

Unregistered 01-12-2020 11:44 PM

Anyone who got through to panel got the invitation alr?
The email said will be in Dec, but no news so far?

No news too. Which team did you indicate as first choice? Heard some has replies already.

Unregistered 03-12-2020 06:44 PM

What are the questions they ask at the panel interview

Unregistered 03-12-2020 11:17 PM

Also no news. But after notifying me that I have been shortlisted for panel interview, they sent me an email on 25 Nov asking which sub-department I am interested in within Global Wholesale Banking (my first choice).

Unregistered 07-12-2020 10:17 PM

They are arranging the panel with the team you are interviewing with (around 3-5 pax I think); since its EOY and COVID19, everyone has a **** ton of leaves and everyone is clearing it at EOY.

Expect some delay as the HR try to work around the relevant interviewers' schedules to try and get your interviews setup!

Unregistered 08-12-2020 12:57 PM

By reaching to the stage of panel interview, does that means we will more or less get the offer unless we screw up badly during the final interview?

Not true.

You'll be among a pool of candidates to go through panel. And the top few (can be even 1 or 2) will get selected.

Just go find out how many MAs there are in a single year. It's around 18-22, at least for SG.

Wow competitive good luck guys do you know how many people get through to the panel rounds for each department?

Unregistered 08-12-2020 03:38 PM

I think its around ~2 candidates fighting for the spot at panels. So 50/50 chance.

This year there were much lesser candidates who made it to the AC I think, usually I think there are >200 in total (split across multiple ACs). this year for the pre-AC "training" session by Aon I think I only counted 50ish pax? Unless there were multiple training sessions (which don't rly make sense since its virtual alr, why bother splitting it into so many sessions and using much so much time).

In any case, it doesnt rly matter if you are alr at panels - just be yourself and hope they like you! since its mainly fit questions hahaha

Yes - the virtual career fair was split. So 2 sessions.

Unregistered 16-12-2020 03:32 PM

Unregistered 17-12-2020 11:42 AM

Has anyone went for the panel interview yet? Any updates?

Unregistered 18-12-2020 02:18 PM

Is it true that if those who are accepted for the programme will receive notice within one week of the panel interview.

Unregistered 18-12-2020 09:27 PM

Anyone received any updates on panel interview?

Unregistered 19-12-2020 11:36 AM

I have received my panel interview arrangement alr.

Unregistered 19-12-2020 07:40 PM

Good luck! Which team will you be interviewing with? I've chosen AM but no replies yet!

Unregistered 20-12-2020 09:20 PM

Unregistered 24-12-2020 01:53 PM

Good luck guys! Was told to send latest cv and trancript. Did any one received HR acknowledgement when you sent the documents over?

Unregistered 29-12-2020 03:38 PM

nope hr didn't acknowledge for mine. And did anyone complete your panel interview already? How was it like? Is it mainly behavioral questions or technical questions?

Quite tough imo. They really drilled down to the details. All the best.

Unregistered 04-01-2021 03:44 PM

Has anyone heard back from HR after the panel interview?

I guess differs from interviewer but mine was definitely not a casual chat (mix of technical and fit) haha. Good luck to you! When will you be interviewing!

Unregistered 06-01-2021 01:38 PM

Unregistered 06-01-2021 07:39 PM

I went for the TMRW one. It was really quite casual and there were no technical questions. Just your typical behavioural and fit questions.

I just hope the pay doesn’t decrease...

Depends on the role you selected. Obviously if you selecting AM or those “popular” roles I believe there will be more technical qns to sieve out people

Unregistered 06-01-2021 09:50 PM

Anyone knows when the latest interview is scheduled? And whats the timeline for the offer to be sent.

Unregistered 06-01-2021 10:19 PM
