Which department interview did you go for? How was the interview like?

Did they ask technical stuff?

Unregistered 28-01-2019 12:14 AM

Which department's panel interview are you attending or have attended?

i don't think i can disclose the dept but i really enjoyed the interview - one of the best i've attended so far. they are genuinely very interested individuals. not many technical things on my end but might be diff for each dept depending on the person interviewing.

Sure thing, no problem! When will you know if you're confirmed though?

Prob in another 1-2 weeks? They didn't exactly tell me when though. Are you going for yours soon?

You will get your offer in 1 week latest. So far have friends who got offered, and its all within one week of panel interview. And to answer other questions, how many they take depends on division. Different divisions have different headcount. But to manage expectations. They take between 1-3 people. 2 being the most common number.

Have you heard of any that got rejected? Were there any reasons to it?

They likely won't reject you till the chosen candidates have signed. If there were reasons, it would be the regular reasons, where they have a high number of candidates etc. But in truth, it's just because you're not the best candidate for the job.

Do they send rejection emails after the panel interview?

Would like to know this as well. Or do they call you?

If call = good news, email = bad news?

I reckon that those who have already been accepted have received calls, those who have not will be awaiting the rejection email which is sent out to all the rejected candidates at once. But that's purely my based on my own speculation. Hope this helps!

Unregistered 06-02-2019 10:28 PM

for those offered, care to share the pay package?

My opinion: They will not send out rejection emails if you are on the waitlist. This is to safeguard the company's interest in the event the successful ones reject/renege. So if u get a call likely its good news. Bad news if you just get an email. By now, most people have been called already. If you happen to get a call a week or 2 from now, someone else rejected the offer first. But keep faith, you never know what might happen.

As for the package, its between 4-5k, attractive leave and benefits.

Hope this helps. In the mean time, all the best everyone for your other applications.

Unregistered 08-02-2019 12:02 PM

Got offer today(Friday). Interviewed last Monday.
I believe the pay has nothing to do with degree/honors/working experience.
Thanks all for sharing in this forum.

I heard that some have already received rejections - not sure if it’s email or call? So rejections should be solely based on departments. Hope this helps!
