read it in this thread, dude got it after 6 months. But like how others are mentioning...If you didn't or don't get the invite for the forum this Friday, means rejected.

Can't even get past the psychometric test stage. I must be dumb.

Not really. There are valid instances as to why some may fail the psychometric test stage. For example, the company may be satisfied with the number of applicants who have filed in on a rolling basis and have therefore ceased processing future applications.

You confirm need to receive the invite to the career forum this Friday if you ever want to have a fair chance in getting to the next stage. The conclusion of the career forum follows up with a division selection application from HR in which you will be able to choose your preferred divisions from.

Just received an interview invitation from the UOB HR today, I think they are handing out the invitations throughout the weeks ahead actually. Heard it was a few rounds of interviews this time around.

I think it was the executive directors. Is there a reason why they don't? I thought it would be a norm for video interviews to facilitate communication and introduce one another since there is alr a lack of physical interactions

My UOB interviewer was munching on snacks while interviewing me.... *facepalm*

Unregistered 14-11-2021 12:49 AM

Did the interview this week. The interviewer was nice and friendly, although I could definitely tell that it was scripted and that the interviewer was asking questions for the sake of it.

Seems like very common among local companies. HR personnel most likely newbies.

Haha, I'm trying to figure that myself. Maybe it's based on how we give our responses and all? I won't delve into details but I felt that the interview could have been better executed (had an instance where my interviewer asked me about a specific name / individual, I was like bruh)
